• A Control process of production to achieve daily production target with awareness of safety , quality, environment, and delivery.
• Conduct general line maintenance in coordination with Engineering Department.
• Operate machine to achieve daily production target with awareness of safety, quality environment and delivery
• Collaborate in company activity such as 5S, Kaizen, small group, safety etc.

• Receive and prepare raw materials and packing materials that use in line production
• Produce and control quality of products following the working instruction, and monitor production process and finishing product result to achieve the daily production target.
• Conduct daily production line maintenance that does not require technical expertise
• Clean machines, equipment and production area, report to supervisor and Engineering department if find any trouble in the line
• Prepare and deliver products
• Provide and monitor daily production documents.
• Others
• Engage and support all team members and ensure open and effective communication exists at all times.
• Build functional and leadership capability for all positions to develop talent pipeline.
• Lead team in driving productivity and seeking continuous improvement in service and resource optimisation.
• Any other tasks or assignments from reporting Supervisor.

• Diploma degree in science, food science or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing 8 years.
• Knowledge, skill and ability required :
• Communication, Leadership, Decision Making
• Attention to details, endurance, energetic and compliance
• Ability to develop relelationship, to interact with with others in multicultural environment and team players
• Proficiency in Indonesia, and proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is an added advantage.
