1. Strong in assisting talent acquisition and recruitment process
2. Conducting employee onboarding and employee administration
3. Handle employee agreements (PKWT and PKWTT), warning letters, reference letters, etc.
4. Provide support to employees in various HR and ER related issues such as attendance, sick, permission, leaves, compensations, and other employee issues
5. Maintain good relations with the operational team and other related divisions and ensure the same policy is being implemented by all employees
6. Checking attendance of all employees from HRIS (Sunfish)
7. Make report of BPJS TK & BPJS KS
8. Promote HR and Company programs to develop an efficient and engaging workplace
9. Provide guidance on developing and implementing HR processes and policies
10. Assisting in KPI System & PA employee
11. Handle all litigation issues and solve legal cases related to labor issues
12. Handle SOP, ISO & HSE

Qualifications :

1. S1 Psychology/Management or similar Major
2. 2 years of experience in HR fields
3. Have a good knowledge in Labor Laws (UU No.13 2003 TentangKetenaga kerjaan dan UU No.11 2021 Cipta Kerja)
4. Have good knowledge about General HR function is a must (or experienced as HR Generalist)
5. Strong Analytical Skills and Theoretical Knowledge
6. Detail and Target Oriented
7. Able to work under pressure in a dynamic situation
8. Familiar with HRIS (Sunfish)
