Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Detail and fast learner
- Good communication
- Able working in teams
- Experience in SAP or Fragrances Industry will be good reference
- Preferably in Tangerang / Daan Mogot Area
Job Description :
- Candidate in charge of incoming and outgoing communication
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Manage delivery note
- Coordinate with drivers, outcoming production team and sales admin/sales
- Maintaining spreadsheets and databases that track suppliers, sales and customers
- Monthly report to manager
