Job Description:

1) Prepare Project Technical specifications and procedures as required for the Instrumentation systems

2) Prepare Scope of works, Bill of Quantities and technical specifications for the Instrumentation works scope for the technical inquiry packages to vendors and contractors

3) Price estimation for Instrumentation package for procurement

4) Review Vendor technical documents and drawings to ensure comply with requirements

5) Coordinate with Procurement team for timely supply of Instrumentation items, bulk materials etc at site

6) Supervise contractor’s installation works at site

7) Check and review contractor progress reports

8) Ensure contractor works are as per the project schedule and contractor works meet required specification quality and quantity.

Minimum Requirements:

1) Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation Engineering

2) Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in Pulp & paper Project, Power Plants, chemical plant, Oil & gas or similar industrial projects as Instrument Engineer or Instrument Lead

3) Instrument design experience and installation supervision experience

4) Good knowledge of technical specifications and international codes and standards

5) Experience in QA/QC of instrument installation works and quality / quantity of equipment, components and bulk material
