Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Melakukan pencarian dan pemanggilan pada kandidat pelamar
- Melakukan Testing / Pengujian sesuai bidang yang diperlukan
- Menyusun data profile pelamar sesuai acuan Psikologi
- Menyusun dan input data KPI seluruh karyawan
- Menginput data absensi dan form lainnya.
- Membantu atasan dalam bidang tugas lain
Kualifikasi:
- Maksimal 30 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1 disukai dari Psikologi
- Pengalaman sebagai Staf recruitment / HRD minimal 4 tahun
- Paham seluruh aspek testing psikologi recruitment
- Paham ISO 9001:2015
- Mampu bertugas dalam kantor dan lapangan.
- Mempunyai kemampuan dalam program pengolahan data dan MS. Office
- Jujur dan loyal, Pekerja Keras, Energik, bermotivasi tinggi dan tekun
