Deskripsi Pekerjaan

 Job description :

  • Registration of letters/documents.
  • Help arrange office meeting schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of branch gatherings/events (online/offline).
  • Screen all documents to be signed by leader and register them.
  • Organize/inform/remind the leader’s schedule, organize and distribute incoming and outgoing documents, make reports and archive documentation related to the leader, receive guests, book tickets & hotels for the leader’s official trip, etc.

Qualification :

  • D3 Secretary / Administration.
  • 21 – 28 years old.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office & IT.
  • Communicate well and willing to work with the team.
  • Speak English, spoken and written.
  • Creative, initiative, responsive.
  • One time follow up.
  • Dress and work neatly.

Note : Vaccinated with 2nd dose of Covid Vaccine.
