Kualifikasi:
- S1 Teknik, Kesehatan Masyarakat atau yang relevan
- Memiliki kemampuan Communication Skill yang baik
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point )
- Memiliki sertifikat AK3U
- Memiliki sertifikat ISO 45001 : 2018
- Memiliki sertifikat ISO 14001
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang TQM (ISO, K3 dan 5R)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan HSE Staff :
- Memastikan program 5R berjalan dengan baik
- Melakukan Inspeksi 5R disetiap Bagian
- Memantau area dan peralatan produksi dalam kondisi yang baik
- Memastikan semua jenis Peralatan kerja aman digunakan sesuai dengan fungsi nya
- Mengimplementasikan program TQM (ISO, K3 & 5R)
- Memberikan briefing rutin terkait 5R
- Bekerja sama dengan staff HSE untuk saling memantau implementasi program HSE dan 5R

In the beginning of 2008, we started solely with the mining and purification of zircon sand to its purity content of 65 % minimum. From our modest beginnings, we have now expanded our product range to zircon flour and micronized zirconium silicate. Our products are widely used in ceramic tile, sanitary ware, tableware, foundry, refractory and other chemicals. They are available in various particle sizes range from 60 mesh to 5 micron.
Monokem is proud of its standing as zircon product manufacturer in Indonesia, coupling its environmentally sound production facilities with flexible services tailored to meet the customers` needs.
