Job Description:

• Search, Approach and Attract candidates using online & offline channel ranging from staff level to C level for all position at Head Office & Operation
• Screening candidates, assess candidates and create short brief summary about candidate personality, communication skills and experience
• Create searching list and present to Recruitment Manager

Requirements:

• 2 years of solid experience in mapping candidates for all position and level with a track record from Executive Search company
• Strategically and highly creative in identifying target candidates
• High interest and passion about Recruitment
• Performance & results driven, self-starter, very agile with excellent teamwork
