Job Description :
JD is a sports fashion, multichannel retailer of branded sports and casual wear, combining globally recognised brands such as Nike, adidas, Puma and The North Face, with strong own brand labels such as Pink Soda and Supply & Demand to provide an elevated consumer experience.
- Responsible on the day to day operation of store
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Assist other store employees with their work
- Check the products before the opening and closing of the store
- Responsible to achieve sales and improve team
- Manage commercial and operational aspects in stores/assigned floor to achieve sales target
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employee
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
- Manage merchandise traffic in store, control merchandise inventory in order to increase sales and profit hence support organization’s goals.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field
- At least 4 years of working experience in retail industry or related field, preferably have experience as an Store Supervisor with min. 3 year experience.
- Possess good customer service, drive in achieving sales target, strong leadership, & hard worker.
- Have a good interpersonal skill, good in problem solving, & good in communication.
- Willing to work in shift
- Required language(s): Proficient in English
- Ready to work 6 days in a week and working in public holiday
- Placement : Jakarta Area
